This ensures knowledge is applied instantly and not only stored in PDFs, learning management systems, or playbooks.

What platforms does your Platform Adoption Assistant support?

The solution is platform‑agnostic and works across any modern DXP or enterprise system (CMS, PIM, DAM, analytics, eCommerce, custom apps). If your team uses it daily, we can enable guidance within it.

Does my DXP have a built‑in in‑app guidance feature, or does it require separate software?

Many modern DXPs now include in‑app help features, and some are beginning to add AI‑enhanced guidance. However, these native capabilities are usually limited and don’t cover real workflows, roles, or governance. If you already use a Digital Adoption Platform, we activate it; if your DXP has built‑in guidance, we enhance it. And if neither exists, we help assess options.

Does this replace documentation or training?

No. It enhances any training program by integrating existing documentation, governance rules, and workflow support into the platform directly. This creates a single source of truth directly inside the tools.
