We’re looking for a Berlin-based, proactive and technically skilled Platform Specialist to drive the day-to-day operations, support, and continuous optimization of our digital platforms across multiple markets.
In this role, you’ll act as the key liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners ensuring platform stability, fast issue resolution, and high-quality digital experiences.
You’ll own support processes, monitor platform performance, and advise stakeholders on best practices across Contentful, Xima, Pimcore, and similar digital solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex technical ecosystems, enjoys hands-on content and data work, and takes initiative to identify gaps and drive improvements, especially in an AI-driven environment.
