Platform Enablement and Change Manager (all genders)

We help Global brands roll out and embed digital platforms across their organizations, and use technology, not just launch it and we are looking for a Platform Enablement and Change Manager to build, scale, and lead our Platform Enablement Management capability as a core differentiator for ctrl QS. 


In this role, you ensure that our clients not only implement digital and AI platforms but actually use them in their daily work and translate them into measurable business impact. 


 You’ll work directly with enterprise clients on platform rollouts, adoption journeys, and transformation programs, acting as a trusted partner who brings structure, clarity, and momentum. Additionally, you will work closely with other capability heads and report directly to the Chief Delivery Officer to shape how ctrl QS delivers value across its client portfolio. 


 If you combine strategy with hands-on execution and commercial ownership and have a background in change management or digital adoption, shaping how enablement drives real value across our client portfolio. in a fast-paced agency environment, catering to users across multiple markets; this role is for you.

What you'll do

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop AI-enabled solutions. You design and implement AI-driven enablement approaches and ensure they are applied in real workflows, not just conceptual use of cases or pilots. 
  • Scale platform enablement management. You define how Platform Enablement Management works in practice at ctrl QS, from standards and frameworks to repeatable, productized solutions that can be applied across clients.
  • Lead client enablement journeys. You design and deliver change management and enablement journeys. You guide senior stakeholders through transformation initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment, clarity, and results. 
  • Drive adoption & impact. You build solutions and deliver transformation programs for global brands  (e.g. new website platform rollouts, DXP enhancements, operating model design, and CRM rollout). You co-create and implement human-centered solutions for new technology adoption.
  • Own commercial integration. You embed enablement into proposals and client strategies, making it a visible and measurable driver of business value and revenue.
  • Build and lead the team. You lead a hands-on platform enablement team that can operate in real client environments, combining platform understanding, AI application, and operational thinking. You support technology adoption for system users (learnings journeys, training programs, community management for client teams)

  • A scaled, standardized Platform Enablement capability with repeatable offerings adopted company-wide 
  • Platform enablement was established as a core commercial differentiator in client conversations and proposals
  • Sustainable revenue streams from enablement services 
  • Measurable improvement in client adoption and platform usage 

What you can offer

Experience

  • 5–8+ years in digital, consulting, or agency environments 
  • Proven track record in enablement, adoption, or transformation initiatives 
  • Experience with Digital Experience Platforms or enterprise systems 
  • Background in solution design, client pitching, and commercial growth 
  • Experience working with enterprise clients in complex, multi-market setups 
  • Proven team leadership and capability building experience 

 
Skills & capabilities

  • Strong expertise in enablement, training, and change management 
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms, operations, and rollouts 
  • Ability to structure complex problems and design scalable solutions 
  • Experience driving AI-enabled approaches in practice
