What you'll do

Client and Stakeholder Management.

You manage ongoing client and partner relationship for your account with a focus on building and growing trusting and long-term relationships. You lead regular meetings, calls and jour-fixes, as well as pitches and other strategic high-level presentations.

Business Development and Strategy.

You develop the strategy for your account growth in collaboration with your Account Director and Business Development department. You define and drive account objectives in alignment with clients’ business objectives to secure a successful future of the account.

Team Management.

You lead a digital project delivery team of Content Managers, Project Managers and Digital Support Experts towards strategic priorities of the client. You guide and coach team members with regular feedback and support them in their development.

Planning and Budgeting.

You manage large account budgets from start to end and take over responsibility for timely budget and long-term team planning. You evaluate short and medium-term team needs and always ensure regular and accurate reporting and invoicing.

What makes you a great fit

Experience.

You have several years of experience in client management and leading teams with focus on account growth – a background in project management and delivery is advantageous. Ideally, you have previous work experience in an agency or consultancy.

Digital savviness.

You understand the challenges large corporations face with digital transformation and have a profound understanding of the digital landscape. You love to dig into the details and complexity of our clients’ worlds and to collaborate hands-on with the teams.

Drive for impact.

You have a proven track record of successful business development initiatives and team leadership. You take full accountability and ownership of your role. You deliver excellent results with an action-oriented but quality-focused approach.

Communication.

You interact confidently in an international, dynamic surrounding and are experienced in presenting and communicating professionally to client teams and senior stakeholders. Fluent English skills both verbal and written required, German skills advantageous.
