Position Details

  • Likely start from April until the end of the year.
  • Working hours are aligned with US time—approximately 2 PM to 11 PM CET.

What you'll do

  • You will focus on controlling-related tasks, helping the client to bring more structure to budget and PO management
  • You will review incoming media invoices and compare them to SAP
  • You will collect campaign data in Excel, structure it for analytics, and help establish a link between spending and performance
  • You will optimize processes and implement automation where possible

What makes you a great fit

  • Your Experience. You have advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas for managing and analyzing data. While media knowledge is a bonus (but not required), you quickly adapt to new processes and tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Detail-orientation. You have strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data review, identifying discrepancies, and following processes precisely. This includes organizing data clearly and spotting errors in reports and invoices for correction.
  • Effective Communication. You interact confidently in an international, dynamic surrounding and are experienced in presenting and communicating professionally to client teams and senior stakeholders. Fluent English skills both verbal and written required, German skills advantageous.
