Working Student - Content and Data Manager (m/f/d)

As Content and Data Manager at ctrl QS, you handle multilingual content for our clients and their global affiliates. This involves setting up, checking quality, and publishing provided content using top-notch digital tools. You also ensure smooth coordination, effective problem-solving, and quality assurance for various digital assets and functionalities. You bridge technical and user-friendly language, making complex matters easy to understand for end-users. Additionally, you constantly seek ways to optimize processes and share valuable knowledge with the team and clients. What you'll do

Support the Content and Data team in managing and optimizing digital content across platforms, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with client expectations.
Update content and data in CMS, SFCC, and PIM systems.
Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on web pages, assets, and digital materials.
Maintain and update project documentation.
Assist with website content updates and launches.
Implement accessibility updates to meet relevant standards.
Contribute to experience revamps and rebranding initiatives.

What makes you a great fit

Interest in digital environments – You have a good understanding of digital technologies and ideally some initial experience with common tools (e.g., CMS, PIM, or DAM).
Basic understanding of content workflows – You are familiar with creating, maintaining, and organizing content and are eager to learn more about processes in a digital setting.
