Platform Manager (all genders)

We are looking for a strong, independent, and detail-oriented platform specialist to join our small, dynamic team that works across multiple markets, which means you will become a reliable pillar for daily operations, platform management, and client support. You will jump between different tasks, systems, and responsibilities and take ownership of issues from discovery to sustainable resolution.

 

This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting dots, finding innovative solutions across complex technical ecosystems, enjoys hands-on content/data work, and thrives in an AI-driven environment where raising a hand and identifying gaps is rewarded.

What you'll do

Platform & System Operations 

  • Act as 1st-level support, but also become the “master of disaster” for all platform-related issues.
  • Sync and manage product images in CELUM, ensuring correct folder structures, statuses, and accessibility.
  • Oversee platform flows between SAP → Hybris → Sitecore → websites, understanding how product data and assets move through the ecosystem.

Content & Data Management 

  • Complete content and data tasks based on client briefings across Sitecore, PIM, and CELUM (DAM).
  • Ensure data quality through testing, validation, and ongoing optimization (front-end & back-end).
  • Manage global and local catalog structures, including B2B and B2C variations across multiple markets.

Quality, Performance & Improvement 

  • Conduct QA, platform checks, audits, and performance monitoring based on client KPIs.
  • Continuously refine daily workflows: both internal processes and client-facing workflows.
  • Look for opportunities to integrate automation and AI to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Collaboration & Communication 

  • Communicate clearly with client stakeholders, guiding them through tasks and solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate requirements, align priorities, and deliver improvements.
  • Create and maintain documentation: playbooks, templates, asset requirements, mock-ups, and platform guidelines.

Innovation & Best Practices 

  • Stay informed about industry trends, new tooling, and platform best practices.
  • Bring forward out-of-the-box ideas, challenge outdated processes, and contribute actively to system evolution.

What success in this role looks like 

You are successful in this role when: 

  • Platform processes run smoothly, and you resolve issues quickly.
  • You keep track of client objectives and deliver operational tasks with precision, independence, and speed.
  • The content and data are delivered with high quality and consistency.
  • Global and local catalogs (B2C & B2B) are well-maintained and up-to-date.
  • The client trusts you and understands the “why” behind your approach to resolving recurring queries.
  • You contribute to workflow improvements, including automation and AI-driven optimizations.

What you can offer

  • 2–3 years’ experience in digital operations, platform management, CMS/PIM/DAM work, or related fields.
  • Experience with Sitecore, Salesforce, DAM (CELUM preferred), and PIM (Hybris preferred) systems is a plus, but not required.
  • A technical and analytical mindset is required, along with the ability to understand system interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: you enjoy diagnosing issues and finding practical solutions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality ownership.
  • Quick learning ability: you are eager to learn new platforms and processes fast.
  • Confident communication across teams and with clients.
  • A collaborative, hands-on attitude: independent thinker, solution builder, progress driver, open communicator.
  • A curiosity for automation and interest in AI-driven workflows.
