Senior Platform Enablement Manager (all genders)

We are looking for a Senior Platform Enablement Manager to build, scale, and lead our Platform Enablement Management capability as a core differentiator for ctrl QS.

 

In this role, you ensure that our clients not only implement digital and AI platforms but also actually use them in their daily work and translate them into measurable business impact.

 

You combine strategy with hands-on execution and commercial ownership, shaping how enablement drives real value across our client portfolio.

 

This is a leadership role at the intersection of technology, operations, and business growth, with clear responsibility to turn platform investments into actual usage and results.

 

This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting dots, finding innovative solutions across complex technical ecosystems, enjoys hands-on content/data work, and thrives in an AI-driven environment where raising a hand and identifying gaps is rewarded.

What you'll do

Key responsibilities include:

Develop AI-enabled solutions. You design and implement AI-driven enablement approaches and ensure they are applied in real workflows, not just conceptual use cases or pilots.

  • Scale platform enablement management. You define how Platform Enablement Management works in practice at ctrl QS: from standards and frameworks to repeatable, productized solutions that can be applied across clients.
  • Lead client enablement journeys. You guide senior stakeholders through transformation initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment, clarity, and results.
  • Drive adoption & impact. You guide senior stakeholders through complex transformation setups and bring clarity to situations where platforms are implemented but not fully adopted.
  • Own commercial integration. You embed enablement into proposals and client strategies, making it a visible and measurable driver of business value and revenue.
  • Build and lead the team. You lead a hands-on platform enablement team that can operate in real client environments, combining platform understanding, AI application, and operational thinking. 

What success looks like

  • A scaled, standardized Platform Enablement capability with repeatable offerings adopted company-wide 
  • Platform enablement was established as a core commercial differentiator in client conversations and proposals
  • Sustainable revenue streams from enablement services 
  • Measurable improvement in client adoption and platform usage 

What you can offer

Experience

  • 5–8+ years in digital, consulting, or agency environments 
  • Proven track record in enablement, adoption, or transformation initiatives 
  • Experience with Digital Experience Platforms or enterprise systems 
  • Background in solution design, client pitching, and commercial growth 
  • Experience working with enterprise clients in complex, multi-market setups 
  • Proven team leadership and capability building experience 

 
Skills & capabilities

  • Strong expertise in enablement, training, and change management 
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms, operations, and rollouts 
  • Ability to structure complex problems and design scalable solutions 
  • Experience driving AI-enabled approaches in practice 
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 
  • Clear commercial mindset with ownership for impact and revenue
