What you’ll do


We are searching for a motivated student who is excited to make an impact in our growing People & Culture Department, while getting a chance to gain front-row insights into the world of HR.

  • Supporting with HR-related Administration, e.g in HR data systems
  • Maintaining our HRM system
  • Helping us set up and implement our brand new Performance Management Tool to support implementation of new processes in the area of Learning & Development
  • Supporting us in other areas of HR Operations and/or other projects

What you can offer

  • You are currently completing studies in Business Administration or a related field
  • You can confidently use Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • You are analytical, solution-oriented and able to think critically
  • You are able to comprehend new and complex information
  • You have an independent and structured way of working, as well as being a strong team player
  • You thrive within a transparent and constructive feedback culture
  • You have strong communication and language skills (fluent English required)
  • You are able to adapt to a fast-paced digital agency environment
