What you’ll do

  • Working with our leadership team and managers to support our business and strategy through an effective approach to staffing.
  • Implementing a future-focused team planning methodology that enables both business growth and personal development growth, complete with succession planning and promoting upward mobility.
  • Analyzing data from our business demands and delivery capacity to assure our teams are staffed with the correct skills and volume.
  • Using our Business Intelligence tools to assess, explain and prioritize each resourcing request based on the bigger picture.
  • Taking ownership of the end-to-end delivery of each resource request, coordinating the communication of the different stakeholders.
  • Assuring alignment between all stakeholders – different managers, HR, employees.
  • Continuous optimization of the resourcing process for efficiency, transparency and collaboration.

What you can offer

  • You have prior experience in operations, account management, project management, and/or program management.
  • You have experience in navigating sensitive and complex situations and in finding creative win-win solutions – you can keep tabs of multiple requests and consider different solutions having in mind the impacts of each option.
  • You are able to work independently and collaborate with others, while being decisive and driving action.
  • You are a strong communicator, capable of adapting your style to different contexts and stakeholders, clearly expressing your reasoning, needs, next steps and expectations.
  • Excellent English skills.
