Project Manager (m/f/d)
What you'll do
Plan Objectives.
You define project goals, establish the project scope, and create a detailed roadmap to guide the team, utilizing Agile Project Management methodologies to ensure adaptability and efficiency.
Organize& Structure.
You assign roles and responsibilities, set up the project structure, and ensure clarity in team operations, including coordinating team efforts and managing workload distribution for optimal performance.
Execute Coordination & Technical Oversight.
You oversee the execution of the plan, ensuring robust technical implementation throughout the process. This includes maintaining communication with stakeholders, optimizing processes for efficiency, and ensuring effective testing and deployment oversight to guarantee the technical integrity and success of the project.
Monitor & Control.
You track progress, handle risks and issues, and report to the project owner, making necessary adjustments to keep the project on track. This includes employing Agile methods for continuous improvement and conducting regular reporting and analysis.
Closing.
You complete all project activities, obtain necessary approvals, and ensure all deliverables meet the set requirements. A comprehensive review of the project will be conducted to ensure everything is in order and aligned with the initial goals.
Opportunity Detection and Pitch Participation.
You identify potential new opportunities for the team and actively participate in pitching these opportunities. This includes evaluating potential benefits, preparing presentations, and engaging with stakeholders to secure support and resources.
What makes you a great fit
Experience in Service Delivery and Agile Project Management.
You have minimum 3 years of experience managing technical projects within Agile frameworks, including defining goals, creating roadmaps, and overseeing execution. You are adept in building client relationships in B2B environments, tracking progress, managing risks, and identifying opportunities. Proven success in delivering global projects, particularly within agency or consultancy settings.
Technical affinity.
You have a strong understanding of the digital landscape and the challenges faced by large corporations during digital transformation. Proficiency in end-to-end agile project delivery for Global Digital Transformation and Integration Projects, including integrating technology solutions, implementing branding strategies, and deploying third-party tools on a global scale. Proficiency with MarTech stacks such as CMS, DAM systems, and PIM solutions is advantageous. A detail-oriented approach and willingness to collaborate hands-on with teams.
Collaboration.
You excel in working confidently within international, dynamic environments and have a strong background in collaborating effectively both with client teams and internally with colleagues and senior stakeholders. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is essential.
