What you'll do
Strategic Partnering.
You'll partner with client Product Owners to enhance product value through process optimization, prioritization, and feature roll-outs. Your role covers three key areas: product optimization, process optimization & coaching, and will have an IT and development focus. Your expertise includes requirements engineering, prioritization, release management, and user story creation.
Key Contributions.
Internally, you'll support delivery, while externally, you'll consult and coach clients in their journey of product enhancement. Your role requires a strategic, value-focused mindset, along with strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

What makes you a great fit
Your Experience.
You have minimum of 3 years’ experience with a background as a project manager or leading tech teams in a corporate B2B setting in product development. Ideally, you possess prior experience in the role of a Product Owner for a global platform, overseeing the successful implementation of international features and advancements.

You enjoy working independently while closely collaborating with various units across the organization in a fast-paced agile environment. Your quick grasp of topics and ability to produce high-quality solutions make you a trusted professional for our senior stakeholders in cross-functional setups.
Your Determination.
You have a value driven approach to bring impact both in client-related and internal topics. You have affinity for technology to work with senior stakeholders in projects related to digital tools (CRMs/, DAM, PIM, etc.) and CMS (e.g. Sitecore, Tridion, Contentful, etc.).
Your Approach.
You are a confident & structured communicator, a genuine people person who has the ability to develop strategic and collaborative relationships, lead client calls and address challenges proactively. Your English language skills are excellent, German is a plus.
