Platform Manager (m/f/d)

What you'll do

Solving problems.

You are the go-to expert for our clients, supporting them in managing their requests on digital topics through various channels such as ticketing systems, email, chat, or phone. You'll collaborate with various of our partners, including development, technical, and creative agencies, to provide effective solutions to our clients' issues.

Connecting and networking.

As a bridge between our clients' headquarters and local markets, you represent their interests while ensuring that local needs are understood and communicated back to HQ. You will protect and maintain our clients' brand image by ensuring that processes and guidelines are consistently met.

Breaking Down Complexity.

You work closely with development and technical support teams to translate complex technical information into clear and user-friendly instructions for end-users.

Supporting Teams Globally.

Through your expert guidance, you empower our clients' local affiliates to become digitally proficient. You'll help them navigate content management systems, eCRM tools, Product Information Management tools, and Data Asset Management tools, and support them in managing their digital marketing activities.

Ensuring quality.

Quality is key, and you play a crucial role in meeting quality objectives and delivering excellent service. You'll proactively provide solutions to requests in a helpful and professional manner, effectively coordinating and managing requests and small projects with clients and partner agencies.

Relationships building.

Building positive and professional relationships with our clients and partners will be a cornerstone of your role, ensuring successful collaboration and mutual trust.

What makes you a great fit

Experience.

You have a good understanding of digital technologies and ideally some experience in working with tools (preferably JIRA, CMSs, PIMs and/or DAMs) and/or in customer support. Experience in working within corporate environments is advantageous!
