What makes you a great fit
Your Experience.
You have several years of experience in leading teams and client management with strong project management skills. Ideally, you have previous work experience in an agency environment.

You enjoy guiding and motivating talents in your team while closely collaborating with various units across the organization. Your quick grasp of topics and ability to produce high-quality solutions make you a trusted professional for our client stakeholders in cross-functional setups.
Your Determination.
You are value-driven and determined to bring impact both in external and internal topics. You have a strong technical affinity and feel comfortable running operations in projects related to digital tools, e.g. (CRMs/, DAM, PIM, etc.) and CMS (e.g. Sitecore, AEM, Tridion, Contentful, etc.).
Your Approach.
You are a confident and structured communicator, a genuine people person who can develop strategic and collaborative relationships, and confidently lead both client and team meetings. Your English language skills are excellent.
