What you’ll do


  • Business development. You provide executional support for all our C-level and leadership team, collaborating with them on strategic projects to drive growth and scale the company.
  • Company initiatives support. You create Power Point presentations to share, explain and create excitement around company initiatives.
  • Meetings execution. You prepare and execute key leadership meetings and be integral part of facilitating them.
  • Various company projects suport. You support various ad-hoc company projects, such as events planning.
  • Re-definition of organizational processes. You provide data driven recommendations by accessing, analyzing, and synthesizing large data sets in order to define organizational processes and ensure best efficiency & productivity.
  • Reports, budget and anylysis management. You conduct market and competitors’ analysis, assist with budget management, prepare management reports and support selected M&A activities.

What you can offer


  • You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a top consulting firm or a high-growth start-up
  • You have worked as an assistant, executive support or coordinator
  • You are proficient at converting complex topics into short, concise messages, and you are able to bring abstract concepts to life
  • You are expert in PowerPoint and Excel
  • You are an excellent communicator in English language, proactive, with strong analytical skills
