What you’ll do

  • Manage and drive business opportunities. As a key success factor for ctrl QS, you drive and manage the overall client development and opportunity management for multiple clients across one of our strategic key accounts groups.
  • Business development and growth planning. You develop and drive a growth program for the account, Identify potential, assess opportunities, and define account strategy and growth plan.
  • Building relationships. You act as a binding link between ctrl QS Business Development Team, Account Managers, Account Directors, and Clients that consider you as a longtime partner.
  • Client development. Through an in-depth understanding of our client’s pain points and value-matching of our services, you will drive the client’s growth, strengthen, and expand relationships. You develop and apply strong growth and persuasive tactics for conversion and negotiation.
  • Ensuring quality. You act as a quality gatekeeper to ensure the highest quality objectives are met.

What you can offer

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in account management and business development in the digital services field, ideally B2B service experience (agency or consultancy)
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and client communication experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop strategic and collaborative relationships
  • Ability and willingness to break down complexity into actionable insights
  • Excellent English communication skills, German is a big plus!
