We are looking for a dedicated, quality minded and fast working Intern based in Berlin to work on a global website rollout project for a leading global consumer brand.
Your tasks
- Supporting in setting-up and entering localized contents into complex digital systems within strict timelines (e.g. content management systems, product information management systems, digital asset management systems)
- Supporting with frontend and backend quality assurance
- Working with excel files to manage data
Our requirements:
- Focused working style with very high attention to detail
- High concentration levels even when performing routine tasks and working under pressure
- Technical skills, ability to quickly familiarize with tools and complex system environments
- Manage your time in a self-sufficient, disciplined way
- Fluent English

The tasks that await you:
- Managing all strategic, operational and personnel matters of your projects
- Actively driving the long-lasting client relationship through frequent contact with our clients and coordinating project participants such as our clients´ subsidiaries and creative or technical agencies
- Consulting our client in all project related matters and undertaking operational tasks (e.g. content management, quality management, testing)
- Taking on full budget responsibility
- Managing your team and planning of short, medium and long-term resources
- Analyzing workflows and proactively suggesting process-improvements
Skills you can offer:
- Significant work experience in project management, preferably in the digital marketing and/ or communications environment
- Digital and technical affinity and a real passion for digital developments

The tasks that await you
- Managing incoming requests from our clients and their global affiliates through e.g. email, Skype or via the phone
- Providing our clients and their affiliates with support on tool usage (e.g. content management systems, eCRM tools, tracking tools) and ensuring that processes and guidelines are met
- Representing the interests from our clients’ headquarters in local markets while equally ensuring to understand and transmit local needs
- Building a professional and positive client relationship with both global and local teams
- Ensuring quality objectives are met and delivering excellent service by providing solutions to requests in a proactive, helpful and professional manner
- Assisting our clients worldwide with the localization and execution of digital marketing projects and ongoing maintenance tasks, taking over all operational elements of rollout projects

- Managing, migrating and maintaining online content for our clients and their global affiliates using complex, state-of-the-art content management systems and other digital tools (e.g. asset management and eCRM tools)

- Frontend and backend testing of digital systems, tools, contents, applications and functionalities including precise quality assurance

Content Manager (m/w) Unternehmenskommunikation

Das ist zu tun:
- Du unterstützt und berätst unsere Kunden bei der globalen Durchführung digitaler Projekte (z.B. Websiteoptimierungen, Einführung neuer digitaler Systeme)
